As the principal owner and Managing Director & CEO of Bismarck Energy Limited (BEL), Mr. Yalo plays a pivotal role in steering the company's financial investments in renewable energy. His leadership extends across diverse sectors, with a primary focus on hydro, geothermal, solar, and recovered energy generation projects. Mr. Yalo is not merely an advocate for environmental protection; he is a proactive force in reducing mankind's carbon footprint. James Holden is a seasoned Projects Director with an MBA, boasts extensive project management experience in Construction and Offshore industries. His expertise spans diverse sectors, including Mining, Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energy, with a proven track record across regions such as the UK, Africa, South America, the Middle East, Australia, and Papua New Guinea.

Stanley Kamano, an Assistant Project Manager holding a BEng in Civil Engineering, has been actively contributing to the Kaugel Hydro Project since 2022. His role involves overseeing and supporting project management activities, bringing a strong educational background and practical experience to ensure the project's success.

Nishant KC is the Deputy Hydro Project Manager. He brings a wealth of expertise to the field with an MSc in Hydropower Development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. His global experience in hydro power development encompasses a spectrum of roles, including Feasibility and Tender design, Detail Engineering Design, Technical Due Diligence, Project Management, and Construction Supervision. Nishant is dedicated to driving excellence across all stages of hydropower projects, ensuring meticulous planning and execution from inception to completion.
